WOW!! I can not believe that it has been a whole year since  DIY Home Sweet Home was born. I've had a lot of set backs this year (moving, moving again, moving again....) so the blog is not at all were I was hoping it would be. But it has still been a fun adventure and  I thank each and every one of my followers. Without you DIY Home Sweet Home would not exist today. I would like to take a moment to share a few of my most viewed projects.

I was amazed at the wave of traffic brought to my blog by these quick and simple DIY Cookie Cutters made from a soda can.

My wonderful Green and Frugal Disinfectant Wipes were a big hit, not only in blogland but at home as well. I use these guys for everything.

Using stuff I already had around the house to organize my bathroom proved to be a big hit. I even included a sweet tutorial to make your own jar jewelry (because tampons look so much cuter when placed in a jar with little gold star)

You all had some great suggestions about my ideas for my daughters Barney Purple Bedroom. I have a plan already in mind. Can't wait to get started on it (hopefully this month) and keep you guys posted with all the details.

It seems that my love for chalkboard paint is shared with many of you as well. I even found an amazing recipe to make your own chalk paint in any color you can imagine. It's definitely a must read if you have not already.

Using shoe boxes and Rubbermaid drawers, I was able to organize my pantry without spending a dime!! And best of all, I was able to see everything in my pantry so I wasn't buying doubles.

Now that we have a home and I plan on staying here for a few years, I will finally have time to do all the things that I want to make this blog AWESOME!!! Some of my plans include.

1. More Tutorials
2. New Blog Design and new Name (Sorry but I just don't like DIY Home Sweet Home. I've gone back and forth for a while now about changing the name and finally decided to go ahead and do it. ANY SUGGESTIONS??) 
3. Open an Etsy Store!!! Yep, I got a few items I've been working on and they are just simply ADORABLE. I hope you all like them as much as I do. I hope to have it open before the end of the year so keep an eye out.
4. More reader stories!! Like I stated above, You guys are the reason for this blog and I would like to show my appreciation by including more of your projects in my wonderful blog. So please send me an e-mail if you want to be featured. Please visit my Advertising and Sponsor Page for more ways to show off your blog.

 I also plan on having more ways for YOU to advertise YOUR BLOG. Which I'm going to start by GIVING AWAY 2 advertizing spots.
