I love you, you love me, we're a happy family.

When Hubby and I were house hunting Princess came up with the great idea that we NEEDED to buy a purple house with a purple toilet and a purple bedroom. 

PURPLE? REALLY?

I absolutly HATE purple!

Every time I see the color purple all I can think about is Barney (you know who I'm talking about, that big purple dinosaur)

After much negotiation we settled on a purple bedroom. 

Now I'm just trying to find some inspiration that's not to Barney-ish

Here is what I found so far.

  Even though I think this purple is a little dark, it looks absolutely amazing paired with those bright white beds. (hmmm...wonder how long they would stay white in Princesses room.)

Love the bright colors in this room. Would have never thought of painting the ceiling purple
